Different materials:

Light weight Conveyor belt is mainly made of PU PVC material, polyester fabric or blended fabric;

The flat belt is mainly made of nylon and rubber materials.The timing belt is an annular belt with steel wire rope or glass fiber as the strong layer, and polyurethane or neoprene rubber as the outer layer .The melting point is different due to different materials.

Different application:

PU PVC conveyor belt is mainly used for conveying goods, and cannot be used as a transmission belt;

The flat belt is mainly used for power transmission and belongs to the transmission belt, which can be used as a conveyor belt.

The inner circumference of the timing belt is made into a toothed shape, so that it can mesh with the toothed pulley for transmission. During the transmission process, the belt and pulley do not produce corresponding sliding, and the transmission ratio is accurate and constant.
